First I should give some permissions:
- If I’ve made fun of Twitter in your presence, you can comment and make fun of me now.
- If I’ve made fun of you for using Twitter, you can comment and make fun of me now.
- If the title of the post is just too hard to resist, go ahead and comment.
- If either or none of the previous items apply, go ahead and follow me on Twitter. ?I’m vain that way.
Alright. ?Now on with the post.
I don’t know what eventually pushed me into the world of Twitter, but so far I’m not sure I get it. ?I’ve tweeted a few bits, and I’ve set the account up so that it will alert my “followers” (it seems conventional to write that word in scare quotes) that I’ve posted here, but as someone who tends to think in paragraphs, I find myself unable, most of the time, to come up with a 140-character thought. ?That said, I’m not going to give it up just yet–I’ll keep working on it, and if I figure it out, perhaps I’ll tap out a couple paragraphs about it here.
